We are so excited to be Lee’s Summit’s newest and most welcoming gym. Here at 816FIT we welcome anyone who is interested in achieving fitness goals and a healthy lifestyle. Our goal is to push you to be the best version of yourself and enjoy the process along the way. Getting in shape doesn’t have to be miserable! We keep our workouts fun and interesting so that it is easy for you to stay consistent in achieving your goals!

No matter what type of workout you’re looking for whether it is personal training, small group workouts or large class environment 816FIT offers all of it. We also offer full-body scans, health coaching and customized nutrition plans to meet every need.

Team Training

These classes are 45 minute high intensity circuit based training. Team Training focuses on legs, upper body and core/cardio. These group classes are done on a 3 day rotation.
Team Training prices starting as low as $31.25 per week

Small Group

This option is groups of 6 or fewer and is considered semi-private personal training. These classes focus on building lean muscle, focusing on form and technique. We also work on getting stronger, building endurance and strength.
